To ensure your absolute privacy, your order is delivered discreetly in plain brown packaging, displaying only your delivery address and the return address of "Trading Net Australia (TNA) P/L". Your delivery will never display any external markings that might disclose or give away the nature of your order.

AdultMart's parent company (Trading Net Australia) utilises the professional and reliable services of Australia Post, and where practical, all products are forwarded via their Express Post delivery service, otherwise via Registered Parcel Post.

From the time we receive your order, we endeavour to process it within 24 hours, but no later than 2-3 working days. Should an unforseen circumstance arise which may delay the processing of your order, a member of our Team will immediately send you a courtesy e-mail advice to inform you.

The owners behind AdultMart genuinely care about your purchase so that you will become a life long customer. As such, we ensure each product is operationally checked where practical with batteries before packaging, and each product is packed in bubblewrap and/or packing foam for protection during transit so your order can arrive safely to you.

Orders are delivered to anywhere within Australia, and AdultMart always endeavour to ensure your order is processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimated from the day your order leaves our premises.

All orders incur a flat postage and handling fee of $7.50 to anywhere in Australia regardless of the order size. From time to time during promotions or special offers, this fee may be waived or discounted.

Australia Post (Registered) delivers anywhere in Australia in 2-3 days, and (Express) delivers overnight to the following areas.

NSW Sydney & Suburbs, Gosford Region, Newcastle, Tweed Heads, Wollongong. QLD Brisbane & Suburbs, Caboolture, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Maryborough/Bundaberg,Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast areas. SA Adelaide. For all Other (Express Post) Areas, delivery may take 2-3 days longer after despatch. In the event there is no-one available to accept delivery of your package, the courier may leave a card for you, to enable collection from your nearest Australia Post office.
