ADULT.COM.AU/BUSINESS'S LIABILITY TO APPLICANT SHALL NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY APPLICANT TO ADULT.COM.AU/BUSINESS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
